Tip

Cake turns out best if milk is added in two seperate lots.  Don't ask me why!

This cake can be cooked in any size tin.  Fantastic as cupcake or muffins.  I have also cooked in square tins and decorated with ganache and tempered chocolate

Thank you for such a great recipe. So easy to make and came out light and fluffy. You wouldn't know it was an egg free cake! I followed it step by step, only difference is I used spelt flour instead of regular flour but still in the same quantity. I covered it with a coconut chocolate ganache and it was a hit with all 4 kids and adults too. Thanks again this will be my go to cake now tmrc_emoticons.)
