- 10 feijoas, whole unpeeled
- 10 dates, pitted
- 3 tbsp TM31 tahini
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1+ 3/4 tsp mixed spice
- 65 grams Coconut Flour, 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
Soak the dates for an hour or two in water, then drain water off.
Cut the ends off the whole, unpeeled feijoas.
Blend feijoas & dates, speed 5 for 1 minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix for 30 seconds, speed 3 . Scrape down sides & mix for a further 5 seconds.
Bake in a loaf tin 180oC 1 hr, or 30 mins fan bake at 160oc
Accessories you need
soak the dates overnight if you prefer, or use Mejool dates unsoaked
