  • 100 grams almond meal
  • 50 grams tapioca flour
  • 50 grams raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Recipe's preparation

    Fudgy Paleo Brownie
  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees

    1. Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes or so then drain the water.

    2. Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl (I usually squeeze the dates to ensure there are no pips) and blend on high speed until blended (40 seconds on speed 10).

    3. Grease a square tin with coconut oil and line with baking paper. Spread mixture in the tin and cook for 14 - 16 minutes until cooked to your liking.

If strickly paleo, omit the chocolate.
