Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Add plain flour, bicarb, cinnamon, ginger, and caster sugar to bowl Mix 5 secs speed 5.
Add the butter. Mix 5 secs speed 5.
Add egg and golden syrup mix for 3 secs speed 5
Place mix on to a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a ball.
Refrigerate for 30 mins.
Roll between two baking paper sheets until desired thickness is acheived.
Cut out shapes as required. Bake in oven at 160c for 20 mins

Tip
This can be used with different star cutters sizes. Once cooked and cooled decorate with royal icing. Assemble with royal icing dots in the centre. Dust with icing sugar
