      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease loaf tin.

    Add bananas to TM bowl. Gentle stir setting speed 3 for 10 seconds.Add butter Gentle stir setting speed 4 5 seconds

    Add brown sugar, egg & Vanilla bean paste Gentle stir setting speed 3 for 10 seconds

    Add baking powder, cinnamon & salt Gentle stir setting speed 3 for 5 seconds

    Add banana flour & coconut meal Gentle stir setting speed 6 for 20 seconds

    Pour into prepared loaf tin and place in preheated oven for 1 hour.
