    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Place almonds in bowl and mill 10 seconds/speed 8.
    Set aside.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla extract and sugar to bowl and mix 3 minutes/speed 4
  3. Add flour, reserved almonds, butter, milk and pears to bowl and mix 5 seconds/speed 3
  4. Fold through frozen raspberries and bake for approximately 1 hour on 160 degrees (fan forced)
