- 450 g pumpkin, Cut into 3cm Cubes
- 500 g water
- 100 g Butter
- 2 eggs
- 170 g rice
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g Linseeds
- 50 g golden syrup
- 60 g Maple syrup

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Weigh in the Rice, Sunflower Seeds, and linseeds and MILL for 1 Minute | Speed 9. Set Aside.
Add the 500g water to the bowl, add the pumpkin to the simmering / steaming basket, and steam for 15 Minutes | Varoma | Speed 2. Make sure pumpkin is cooked through - steam for longer if required.
Remove water from bowl, add pumpkin into the mixing bowl and puree for 5 Seconds | Speed 5.
Add all other ingredients and mix for 10 Seconds | Speed 4, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and then Knead for 20 Seconds |
Pour mixture into a lined, small loaf tin and bake at 170 Degrees for 30 Minutes, cover with alfoil and then continue to cook for another 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Great to take along to play dates, and for scholl lunch treats.
Add more sweetener if you have a sweet tooth.
