Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

The kids enjoyed this but I found it too salty, I’ll use unsalted butter next time. Used GF biscuits and texture still good.

I made this slice for my daughters birthday party. It was an easy slice to whip up and I was looking forward to trying it however, I wasn't quick enough, the plate was cleared in about 5 minutes. Everyone else assured me it was delicious and my kids have requested that it be the new chocolate treat in the house!
