- 400 grams sugar
- 450 grams flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 220 grams water
- 250 grams yoghurt, plain or berry flavoured
- 80 grams cocoa

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160 celcius.
- Add all ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid and mix ingredients for 2 min/speed 4
- Pour into greased, round cake tin and bake for 1.25 hours or until cooked through.
- Once cool, ice with your choice of icing.
