- 60 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 60 g plain flour

Recipe's preparation
put milk, sugar, salt and yeast in the TM bowl - 5 mins/37c/sp1
rest for 15 mins
put the flour in - 10 sec/sp3
knead for 5 minutes
Take the dough out and let it grow for 15 mins
Punch the air out and roll into 10 equal size rolls
Cover and let it grow for 1 hour
Mix all "sugar top" 10 sec/sp5
Preheat oven to 190c
Add sugar mix over top of each doughs
bake for 15mins

Can you correct recipe to how many teaspoons- 1 and a bit? As my thermo won't weight measure yeast thanks
