If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre heat oven to 180deg fan forced
line 2 muffin trays with cup cake papers
Place Butterfly whisk to the Bowl
Add all ingredients to the bowl in the order shown
30 sec/sp4/mc on
scrape down sides of bowl
30 sec/sp4/mc on
divide evenly into 20-22 cup cake papers filling half way
cook in pre heated oven for 12-14 minutes until tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
