Dough
- 200 g plain flour
- 5 tsp Brewer's Yeast
- 3 tsp linseed, Ground
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon, Ground
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 170g g Butter
- 54.8 g coconut oil
- 200 g raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 225 g sultanas, Or Chocolate Chips, nuts, nut butter, cranberries etc
- 270 g rolled oats

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat the oven the 350 degrees F.
- Add butter and coconut oil to mixing bowl and mix 4 minutes speed 4 until creamy. Scrape down sides of bowl if needed.
- Add in the sugar and mix 4 minutes speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl if needed.
- Add in the edd and egg yolk and mix 2 minutes speed 4.
- Add Vanilla and mix 30 seconds speed 4.
- Mix oats, flour, yeast, flaxseed, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt in a seperate bowl and gradually add to mixing bowl. 3 minutes speed 2. Stir in the Sultanas until evenly mixed.
- Place tablespoons of mix on prepared Cookie tray 3-4 Cm apart and bake 10-14 minutes or until just golden on the bottom.

Tip
1- Freezable.
2- May use all butter if you dont have coconut oil. If you use Coconut oil in place of butter the cookies will spread more.
3- May increase the Brewers yeast by 1-2 tbs.
