Lemon & Apricot Bliss Balls

Ingredients

20 piece(s)

  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 60 g Saltanas
  • 50 g Cashews
  • 40 g Coconut
  • 15 g chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place zest into TMX bowl 10 seconds/Speed 9 Scape down the sides of the bowl and repeat 

  2. Add remaining ingredients except chia seeds and mix 10 Seconds/ Speed 9

  3. Add Chia seeds and mix 3 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation/Speed 4

  4. Roll into balls
