Place zest into TMX bowl 10 seconds/Speed 9 Scape down the sides of the bowl and repeat
Add remaining ingredients except chia seeds and mix 10 Seconds/ Speed 9
Add Chia seeds and mix 3 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 4
Roll into balls
