If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Insert butterfly whisk into TM bowl
Place chocolate, butter, coocoa, sugar, vanilla and water in TM bowl and melt 4mins/sp1/40deg. If butter is not fully melted mix 5sec/sp3 to combine
Let cool in TM bowl for 15 mins with lid off
Add flour and eggs to TM bowl and mix 10sec/sp4
Line muffin tray with paper cupcake cases and seperate batter evenly, almost filling liners to the top.
Bake for 25-30 mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cupcakes comes out clean. They will be very soft and fluffy when pressed in the centre.
Enjoy warm with cream or ice cream or let cool and top with ganache or butter cream.
