Ingredients

Dough

  • 90 grams raw sugar
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams Malt Extract
  • 50 grams golden syrup
  • 375 grams SR flour

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Preheat your oven to 160C.

    1. Place sugar in the Closed lid.


    2. Mill at sp9/ 15 secs.


    3. Add chopped butter and mix sp 4/15 secs.


    4. Add remaining ingredients and blend sp 5 / 15 secs.


    5. Knead Dough mode, 2 minutes.


    6. Roll into small balls ( walnut size) and place on baking paper lined trays.


    7. Press down on each biscuit with a fork.


    8. Bake 15-20 minutes.


    9. Leave on trays to cool for 5 minutes then remove to a wire rack To cool.

    Absolutely beautiful flavours! Loved them, so simple - and since my hubby is a brewer we always have liquid malt in the house. (I often add it to my raisin bread recipe.) Thank you for sharing.
