If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- *Grease and line a small loaf tin.*
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Blitz the orange rind and sugar, 10secs/sp9. Scrape.
Add the remaining ingredients ( except for the marmalade), 30secs/sp4. Scrape.
Add the marmalade, 10secs/sp3"Counter-clockwise operation"
Fold through any lumps by using the spatula (if any).
Transfer to prepared tin and bake 40mins or until cooked when tested.
Cool in the tin for 10mins before cooling on a wire rack and dusting with icing sugar to serve.
