  • 50 grams coconut, shredded, plus extra for coating
  • 50 grams Milo
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. add all the ingredients to the bowl except the water, mix 10 seconds / speed 9

    add water and mix 8 seconds / speed 4

    using a tbsp take mixutre and roll into balls, coat in extra coconut or leave as they are.

    njoy straight away or refridgerate for 20 mins

    Big hit with the kids. I used 1TBS Chia seeds mixed with 1TBS water to replace the coconut oil. They turned out perfect 👌🏼

    I mixed all dry ingredients together to make an even mix. Then I added 20g melted butter instead of coconut oil with the water. Perfect.

    Great recipe these were delicious tmrc_emoticons.) I used 50g oats and 50g almonds, next time i think i might try 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp water.
