- 50 grams coconut, shredded, plus extra for coating
- 50 grams Milo
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp water

add all the ingredients to the bowl except the water, mix 10 seconds / speed 9
add water and mix 8 seconds / speed 4
using a tbsp take mixutre and roll into balls, coat in extra coconut or leave as they are.
njoy straight away or refridgerate for 20 mins
