  • 10 grams vanilla extract

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180°C.  Grease & line baking tray (26 x 38 cm) with baking paper.

    2. Add butter & chocolate, melt 5 min/60°C/ sp2.

    3. Add sugar, dissolve 1 min/60°C/sp3.

    4. Mix 1 min/sp3, adding eggs one at a time through the hole in the lid.

    5.Add milk, mix 10 sec/sp 5.

    6. Add vanilla, flour & salt, mix 30 sec/sp5.

    7. Add walnuts, mix 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/sp 4.

    8. Pour mixture into tray and bake 20-25 mins, until a skewer comes out clean.

    9. Cool completely on a wire rack, slice and store in an airtight container.
