If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Pre heat oven to 150 degrees and line 12 cup muffin tin with cases
2. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon & bi carb sode to mixing bowl, Turbo 2 x 1 sec and set aside.
3. Add carrots & apples, grate 3 sec/sp 5
4. Add walnuts, currents & coconut 10 sec"Counter-clockwise operation" sp2
5. Add eggs, oil, vanilla and reserved flour mixture and mix 1min"Counter-clockwise operation" sp3
6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden, repeat with remaining mixture

Tip
To make these "NUT FREE" replace walnuts with pepitas. This mixture can last in the fridge uncooked for up to 5 days and they freeze well.
Reduce the amount of sugar if you wish.
