Tip
For a nutty crunch add your fave nuts at the choc chip stage eg macadamias, hazelnuts. Raisins/Sultanas could also be used in lieu of choc chips. Try not to eat all the dough before baking! Its delicious!

These are delicious and very similar to Mrs Fields! I followed the very first comment and only kept them in for 10 mins to get that perfect chewiness.

How good are these biscuits! You have turned me into a super-mum. My sons friends keep asking him to bring more to school - I can't keep up with the demand!!!!
Ok this review should count
Ok this review should count for about ten reviews as I was told about this recipe from my consultant who was told by her consultant buddies. These are awesome hands down best cookies and beautiful with macadamias too. If you want to achieve the perfect chewy mrs fields texture take them out after ten minutes even if they don't look ready. I have a non fan forced so I gave it 12 mins and like a little crunch on the sides and was very happy with this. Thank you!!
