If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- . Pre heat over to 160 then. Place peel of one orange into thermomix bowl. Grate 10sec, speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
- "Gentle stir setting" Add the butter, sugar, eggs, flour and milk to mixing bowl. Mix speed 5, 30 seconds. Scrape down mixture then mix again speed 5, 30 seconds. "Counter-clockwise operation"
- Pour mixture into cake tin or fill cupcake patties half full.
- Bake in oven 160 degrees. 30 minutes for cupcakes 1 hour for cake. Until top is slightly brown and cake springs back when touched
- Place sugar in TM bowl, mill speed 10 for 20 seconds
- add the butter and orange juice. Mix speed 6, 20 seconds.
- scrape down TM bowl. Add more orange juice if needed then mix again for 20 seconds speed 6.
- Use icing to decorate cupcakes or cake
