      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Cookie Mixture
  1.  

    1. Place all ingredients (except egg) into mixing bowl. Mix 30 sec / speed 4.

     

    2. Add egg. Mix 20 sec / speed 4.

     

    3. Line tray with baking paper and place large teaspoons of the mixture on the baking paper.

     

    4. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes or until golden.

     

    5. Cool on wire rack, drizzle with paleo chocolate if you wish, then enjoy!

    Thye would even be nice with a bit of dried fig or some sort of dried fruit mmmmmmm
