Thanks to everyone for your comments about the saltiness. I have amended the recipe now to read 1/2 teaspoon, which it should have been in the first place. Apologies to anyone who used the full 1.5 teaspoons - hmmm Sad

These are delicious...like other comments I used 1/2 tsp salt and subbed honey for rice malt syrup as we are fructose free. Also made mini muffins that cooked in 10mins and made over 40 of them, loved by kids and adults alike. Thanks for the recipe

These were delicious, and my picky 5yo even devoured them. Thank you! I'll agree with the comments on saltiness, and next time will reduce to 1/2tsp. But these are a new lunch box regular! Thanks again.

What a great recipe! I certainly didn't find this 'wet' at all.. They were perfect! Just like a normal banana muffin, but clean and healthy! I did only add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

    Submitted by Patchoulianne on 20. February 2016 - 20:09.

Thanks for sharing the paleo banana muffin recipe. I've been grain free for a few years and only recently got the Thermomix. Banana muffins are regular item in our house but until I saw your recipe I had no idea how to make them in my thermie. They were awesome and I now save money by buying whole almonds instead of almond meal.  Love Big Smile

    Hi Linda,

I just tried your recipe for the "Paleo Banana Muffins" and they are delicious. Thank you for sharing it. I'm dairy and gluten free so this is going to be my favourite 'go to' muffin recipe for sure tmrc_emoticons.D.

I have a TM31 that is about ??? [more than 10 years old], and have just recently got inspired to using it again tmrc_emoticons.D, instead of, just for rice and mashed potato! tmrc_emoticons.(
