  • 120 g sultanas

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Slice
  1. Line a sponge roll tin with baking paper.

    Melt cacao butter, 2 minutes/70C/speed 1 (or longer, until melted completely). Set aside.

    Weigh all other ingredients into the TM bowl.

    Mill 1 minute, speed 9

    Pour melted cacao butter back into the bowl, and mix 10 seconds/speed 4.

    Press mixture into tin, and place in fridge to firm up.

    Cut into pieces - your choice the size! 

    Store in the fridge.
