If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and egg. 2min Spd 3
2. Add flour, salt, Baking soda, Baking powder & Cocoa. 40 sec spd 4
3. Add peanuts. 30 sec "Counter-clockwise operation" Spd 2
Drop tsp fulls size of a walnut onto baking sheet. Cook in oven for 10-12 mins.
Cool on Wire rack
Pre Heat oven to 180 degrees C, line 2 baking trays with cooking paper or thermomix oven mat.
