      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays (30 x 40cm) with baking paper and set aside
  2. Place peanut butter, softened butter and caster sugar into mixing bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Add egg and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  5. Add SR flour and mix 15 sec/speed 4.
  6. Shape heaped teaspoons of mixture into small balls and place on lined trays 3cm apart.
    Flatten balls slightly with a fork.
  7. Bake 12 minutes or until golden.
    Allow to cool completely on trays.
