      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Pecan biscuits
  1. Chop 40g of the pecans in the bowl 10 seconds speed 5, then place aside in a bowl.
    Place flour, icing sugar, butter and vanilla in the bowl and mix 20 seconds at speed 6. Scrape down bowl.
    Add chopped pecans to the bowl and mix 10 seconds speed 3.5.
    Roll teaspoons full into balls and place a reserved pecan on top and squish down on prepared non stick tray.
    Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 10 min or until lightly browned.
