Pistachio and prune truffles

Ingredients

34 piece(s)

  • 220 g raw pistachio nut kernels
  • 210 g pitted prunes
  • 50 g cacao powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill pistachios speed 10/5 seconds into a flour.

  2. Set aside 50g of pistachio flour, to be used for coating later.

  3. Add prunes and cacao powder into TM bowl

  4. Mix speed 8 / 20 seconds

  5. Form mixture into small balls and roll in the reserved ground pistachios

  6. Store in the fridge

    Nice idea!  Thanks for that.  I have just put on the recipe for the Lemon and Coconut Truffles (I called them Coconut and Lemon Balls tmrc_emoticons.) )

    Thanks for the conversion.  This is is one of my favourite recipes from the book.  I sometimes add a drop of orange oil or zest.
