If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Melt Choc chips/chunks in TMX 1 Min, 55 degrees Sp2
Scrape Down Sides
Add Greek yoghurt and sugar and mix 1 min Sp 1.5
Scrape down
Add Flour, Cacao, Bicarb and mix- 30 sec, Sp 2.5 (with MC in)
Scrape down bowl and add water, mix 10 sec Sp 3.
Pour into slice pan lined with aluminium foil and bake at 180 for about 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean

Tip
My kids really like nuts but can't have them for school, often if serving fresh we place Parkers Baked Pretzels on top to add the crunch. Unfortunately the pretzels don't freeze well in the cake though.
