Paleo Choc Banana Muffins

  • 120 grams almond meal
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 heaped tbsp Coconut oil or Almond butter (or 1 of apple sauce and one of butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 heaped tsp baking powder
  • 100 grams Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 heaped tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Pure Raw Cacao nibs

Recipe's preparation

    Sugarfree Choc Banana Muffins
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees


    Place the bananas into the TM bowl and blend 5secs speed 6.


    Add all remaining ingredients in TM bowl & mix on speed 4 for 1 minute


    Spoon mixture into muffin tray or mini-muffin tray & bake in oven for 12- 15 minutes until cooked through.


    They literally melt in your mouth!

    My 2 year old loves these muffins. We don't eat anything processed or refined sugar so finding sweet treats is hard but these are such a winner. We love them too!

    I added 1 tbls apple sauce & 1 tbls butter as well as 1 tbls dessicated coconut and 1 tbls cacao powder. While these tasted fine. I found the texture strange. However excited to find a true sugar free recipe. Hoping my children will like them now.

    Just out of oven look great. Mixture was a little runny.

    i replaced cacao with coconut  and placed a1/4 strawberry on each. Made 24 mini muffins.
