Delicious! I only had 2 bananas so I halved the recipe, and I still got 16 medium sized biscuits. I also replaced the sultanas with 1/4 cup dark choc chips. Not too sweet, and my banana disliking 11 year old loves them!

I love biscuits so finding this recipe was great.

I cut back on the oats and added walnuts. I actually blended all ingredients together. I also cooked mine for a lot longer until they started to brown on top. I eat them straight from the freezer as they are hard and chewy.

Yum Yum! I used mixed fruit, added sunflower seads and used golden syrup instead of honey. Will definitely make again. Would love any suggestions as an alternative to banana too. My husband didn't enjoy them as much because he doesn't like banana....... more for Mummy & the kiddies haha

Love these, I halve the recipe which is enough. I didn't have sultanas the first time so used dates and didn't reverse the speed (oops) it chopped everything up but worked out great. As someone else said, huge scope for adding extras. I cook them longer so they brown up more and use wet fingers to shape into a more biscuit shape. Great for my 20month old who is allergic to eggs. Thank you!

  • Hubby just went and bought me

Submitted by Clan Croucher on 16. May 2014 - 00:39.

Hubby just went and bought me more bananas to make more because they got eaten too fast! I didn't have raisins so I used half currants and half Plumazins which are diced prunes. All 4 kids ate them and asked for more which is pretty impressive around here for something without eggs, butter or sugar. My new fave recipe, thanks.

These are great healthy biscuits for the family.  Highly recommend.  I ran out of oats (only had 2.5 cups left) and they still turned out great.  Sultanas in them are yummo!  Thank you for this recipe.  tmrc_emoticons.)
