      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Batter
  1. Add butter - 2 min / 65°C / speed 1.5
  2. Add remaining ingredients

    Mix 7sec/speed 4.5

    Scrape down sides, Mix 3-5 sec / speed 4.5 if needed
  3. Add spoonfuls to a pan on medium heat lightly greased.

    Flip once bubbles start popping until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Cool on a cooling rack

    Add butter/jam or jam/cream once cooled.

    Enjoy!
