So so good!!
I subbed the goji berries for craisins and the cacao for cocoa (because I didn't have any) and ohhhhh my god they are amazing!
Not overly sweet but not bland either they are the perfect snack.
Unfortunately they wouldn't push through the Snack Press so I pressed them into a tablespoon and made half-moon balls.

So glad you liked it Funnily enough I just did a batch as well and added about a cup of choc buckini (from loving earth) and omitted the goji berries to the mix and increased the coconut oil and put into a tin this time to save on rolling and it is super delish with even more goodness in it

Great base recipe! Works best
Great base recipe! Works best IMO with 'richer' protein flavours like chocolate or cookies & cream. Try to use purer protein blends like WPI or WPC and avoid any 'bulking' or weight loss blends - you will lose flavour and most likely add sugar that doesn't need to be there. If you're pushed for time or don't like rolling the balls, just push into a tray and sprinkle the coconut on top and cut up when set.
!!! Be careful when adding the coconut oil, often 60-65g will be enough and even an additional 5-10g overpour will ruin your mixture !!!
Good job, Im so glad that
Good job, Im so glad that they are a family fav for you now Great thing about the Thermo is that you can adapt and modify to what you like. With Choc protein powder this would give the choc boost as well. I think Ill throw some pecans in for good measure next time as well. And if you do use Choc powder - definately try and source some Cacao for the extra nutrition.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I left out
LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I left out the cocao powder as I didn't have any & used chocolate protein powder instead & I used half walnuts & half pecans the first time round then followed the recipe the next & preferred it without the cocao powder.
They are already a fav in our house!
