Recipe's preparation
Preheat fan forced oven to 170 degrees celcius. Grease and line a 20cm cake tin and set aside.
Place butter into mixing bowl and melt 2mins/60/speed 2.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 20sec/speed 5.
Pour into prepared cake tin and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly in the tin before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tip
I usually make a cinnamon icing - 150g raw sugar 1 min/speed 9, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 30g melted butter and 2tbs hot water then mix 30 secs/speed 5.
