  • 350 g Bakers Four
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 200 g Milk
  • 5 g Yeast

  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g plain flour

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. (1) Put milk, sugar, salt and yeast in the TM bowl - 5 mins/37c/sp1


    (2) rest for 15 mins


    (3)put the flour in - 10 sec/sp3


    (4) knead for 5 minutes


    (5) Take the dough out and let it grow for 15 mins


    (6) Punch the air out and roll into 10 equal size rolls


    (7) Cover and let it grow for 1 hour
  2. Topping
  3. (tmrc_emoticons.8) Mix all "sugar top" 10 sec/sp5
  4. Finish
  5. (9) Preheat oven to 190c


    (10) Add sugar mix over top of each doughs


    (11) bake for 15mins
