Recipe's preparation

    White Christmas Crackles
  1. Add cranberries to a clean dry bowl. Turbo 1 x .5 sec.
  2. Add pistachios and turbo 2 x .5 sec.
  3. Add coconut, milk powder, icing sugar and rice bubbles and gently mix 10seconds/rev/speed 3. Set aside. Don't wash bowl.
  4. Add copha and melt for 3 min/80/speed 2. Add reserved dry ingredients and combine 20secs/rev/speed 2.5.
  5. Divide mix between 12-15 holes of a mini muffin pan, lighty pressing to compact a bit. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set. Store in fridge for up to a week.

Tip

You can use liners if you like, they come out easily even if you don't have mini muffin papers.
