      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

you can make this dairy free by switching the milk and leaving out the yoghurt, but it will reduce the quantity by 2.

if halving the recipe I recommend using 1 egg and 1 egg white, I've made it with 2 whole eggs and while they were nice they were on the eggy side

  • These were really nice.

These were really nice.  Didnt have apple sauce, so just blitzed an apple on torbo a few times, scraping down between each time.  Added a sweet natural yoghurt to add a little more sweetness.  Kids loved them.

Thank you! This was perfect for my allergic to dairy, avoiding wheat toddler. We all loved them. Take awhile to cook, I didn't use yogurt.
