- 130 grams Unsweetend Apple Sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- .25 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 grams natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Add oats to bowl and mill 10 seconds, speed 9
Add remaining ingredients, mix 15 seconds speed 5/6
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter at a time, flip when bubbles start to rise in the centre.
Makes 12 pancakes, 2 per portion.
you can make this dairy free by switching the milk and leaving out the yoghurt, but it will reduce the quantity by 2.
if halving the recipe I recommend using 1 egg and 1 egg white, I've made it with 2 whole eggs and while they were nice they were on the eggy side
