Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add oats to bowl and mill 10 seconds, speed 9

  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix 15 seconds speed 5/6

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter at a time, flip when bubbles start to rise in the centre.

Makes 12 pancakes, 2 per portion.

you can make this dairy free by switching the milk and leaving out the yoghurt, but it will reduce the quantity by 2.

if halving the recipe I recommend using 1 egg and 1 egg white, I've made it with 2 whole eggs and while they were nice they were on the eggy side

These were really nice.  Didnt have apple sauce, so just blitzed an apple on torbo a few times, scraping down between each time.  Added a sweet natural yoghurt to add a little more sweetness.  Kids loved them.

Thank you! This was perfect for my allergic to dairy, avoiding wheat toddler. We all loved them. Take awhile to cook, I didn't use yogurt.
