  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 80 grams honey
  • 1 level tsp baking powder
  • 1 level tsp vanilla extract
  • 370 grams wholemeal self-raising flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add bananas into bowl
    2. mash on speed 5 for 3 seconds
    3. add eggs into bowl
    4. beat for 3 seconds speed 5
    5. Add honey, Greek yoghurt, baking powder & vanilla.
    6. mix speed 5 for 3 seconds
    7. Add flour.
    8. Mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds
    9. Scrape down sides with spatula and repeat step 8 if needed.
    10. add blueberries to bowl
    11. stir in with spatula
    12. Grease a loaf tin, poor mixture in, bake at 170degrees for 45-50mins
