Recipe's preparation

    Boiled / steamed Quail Eggs
  1. 500g Water
    Quail Eggs (2 to 12)


    Place 500g of water into mixing bowl.
    Place chilled Quail eggs into simmering basket
    Cook for 8 minutes/Varoma/speed1.
    Immediately remove simmering basket with spatula and place under cold water to stop the eggs cooking.
    Peel and serve.

    To peel the quail eggs crack the base (none pointy end) and peel under slow running water.
