- 2 level tsp dried rosemary
- 40 g crackers, Any kind of cracker
- 2 clove garlic, Fresh
- 2 slices bread, Crusts

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Pull apart bread into piieces.
Add all ingredients to the TM bowl.
Mix 20 sec, speed 6.
Add to a bowl.
Coat your fish with flour, egg and then the breadcrumbs.
Accessories you need
You can substitute fresh garlic for dried if you wish.
I used Sao, Water and Jatz crackers as this is what i had in cupboard.
I have only used on fish but would be nice on chicken schnitzel too.
