- 500 g Almond milk
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup, pure
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, Ceylon

- Place the almond milk and coconut milk in bowl. Heat 98°C for 7 minutes reverse speed 3.
- Add rinsed buckwheat and salt. Cook 23 minutes, 98 °C reverse speed 2 with simmering basket in place.
- Add tahini and cinnamon. Cook 2 minutes 98°C, reverse speed 2 with simmering basket in place.
- Serve with honey and fruit.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
