Ingredients

Banana, apple and quinoa porridge

  • 30 grams whole oats
  • 30 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 1 banana, ripe, broken into 4 pieces
  • 180 grams Milk
  • 260 grams water
  • 10 grams coconut(optional), flakes
  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste honey
  • 1 small green apple, quartered, cored and halved

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop green apple on speed 5 for 3 seconds

    Add remaining ingredients to TM bowl.

    Cook for 8 min,100 degrees, reverse, speed 2.

    Serve with cinnamon and honey to taste
