Paleo no nut Zucchini Cheese

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

Zucchini cheese

  • 1 zucchini chopped, And peeled
  • 100 g water
  • 1 level tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 level teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1.5 level tablespoons gelatin
  • 1 level tablespoon Nutrional Yeast, Optional
  • .5 level teaspoon salt

Recipe's preparation

    Zucchini cheese
  1.  

    Steam chopped zucchini in water reverse/soft spoon/Varoma for 7 minutes. 

    Drain out any excess water. 

    Blend zucchini with coconut oil and vinegar for 30seconds increasing to speed 9 (till smooth) 

    add gelatin and yeast and salt and blend for 20seconds/sp9. 

    Pour into a small tray lined with baking paper And refrigerate till set. 

    Approx 1.5hours. 

    Slice and enjoy tmrc_emoticons.-) 

     

    batch can be doubled and tripled.
