- 1 zucchini chopped, And peeled
- 100 g water
- 1 level tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 level teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1.5 level tablespoons gelatin
- 1 level tablespoon Nutrional Yeast, Optional
- .5 level teaspoon salt
Steam chopped zucchini in water reverse/soft spoon/Varoma for 7 minutes.
Drain out any excess water.
Blend zucchini with coconut oil and vinegar for 30seconds increasing to speed 9 (till smooth)
add gelatin and yeast and salt and blend for 20seconds/sp9.
Pour into a small tray lined with baking paper And refrigerate till set.
Slice and enjoy
batch can be doubled and tripled.
