Recipe's preparation
Put Cinnamon into a dry tm bowl and mill for 1 minute / speed 9.
Add Nuts & Seeds and mill for 10 seconds / speed 8
Add coconut and mix 10 seconds / speed 4.

Tip
To serve, mix 100g porridge mixture with 150 grams of warmed coconut or almond milk or boiling water.
Top with banana, passionfriuit and some raw honey maple syrup or chopped dates for sweetness.
