2 Add & chop speed 5 / 8 seconds
-bananas, apples & cinnamon
3 Add & cook 100 degrees / , speed 3 / 16 minutes
-Milk & water
4 Pour in bowls / containers.
It freezes really well, so you can have a week of breakfast ready to go.
