  • 250 g unsalted butter, Store Brought or Thermie Made
  • 1 cloves garlic, More if you prefer
  • 2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons raw sugar, You can omit if preferred
  • 1 pinches salt, You can use any salt of choice

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic, sugar, salt and paprika to TM bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7
  2. Add butter and mix 20-30 sec/speed 4
  3. Using spatula place butter onto cling wrap and roll the butter into a sausage shape, freeze for 20mins and then cut into almond rounds. Store in freezer in airtight container.


    **OR can stay in fridge for roughly 2 weeks.
