Recipe's preparation

    Sweet Vanilla Yoghurt
  1. Add all ingredients except starter yoghurt and heat 12 minutes / 37 degrees / Speed 3

  2. Once finished heating, leave it to cool until the light goes out. Approx 5-10 minutes.

  3. Add Starter Yoghurt. Heat for 10 minutes / 37 degrees / Speed 3

  4. Boil your kettle and pour Boiling Water into Easiyo Container to above the baffle AND / OR approx 2-3 inches high in a ThermoServer

  5. Fill the Easiyo pot to the top line with the yoghurt milk mixture. Place Easiyo Pot into the Easiyo Container and seal the lid.

~You will have enough left over to fill two Little Mashie pouches (Hold them wide open by squeezing in the sides and close very carefully). ~

Place the pouches into the ThermoServer allowing hot water to almost cover.

  6. Leave the container and ThermoServer on the bench for approx 8 hours. Enjoy!
