Salsa Verde
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20g baby capers
- 8 anchovies
- 20g fresh basil leaves
- 20g mint leaves, fresh
- 20g continental parsley, leaves only
- 120g EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 2ts djon mustard
- salt & peper, to taste
- 20g lemon juice, or white wine vinegar

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into the TM bowl & blitz for 5 secs speed 8, scrape down the sides of the bowl & blitz for another 5 secs.
