      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add oats, protein powder, water, vanilla essence and cinnamon to bowl.

    2. Cook 7min/90 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation speed 2.

    3. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle sultanas on top.

Tip

I use a whey protein blend, but you could experiment with different protein flavours and variants to make this suitable for your dietary needs. You may need to adjust water based on the type and amount of powder you use in the recipe.
