Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place water and Agar Agar into the Closed lid (ensure agar powder is placed directly into water - not on top of blade) and cook for 5 minutes at 90ºC on Speed 3.

  2. After cooking, add all remaining ingredients and blend together for 1 minute on Speed 9.

  3. Pour immediately into a suitable container or jelly moulds using spatula to assist. If using baking tin, line with plastic wrap.  Allow to cool and then place into refrigerator.  Vegan Cashew Cheese will begin to set at room temperature.

  4. Slice when firm and relish every bite!

    Quick and easy.
Loved by all (including non vegan guests).
Most 'cheese like' cheese, out of three entirely different recipes.
    Thank you 😊

Great recipe, only change was I added extra nutritional yeast. My non-vegan husband loves it. That speaks volumes.

  •   Used 1 sachet Jell-it-in.

Used 1 sachet Jell-it-in. Didn't totally firm up but was thick and spreadable. Doubled quantity of nutritional yeast for more cheesy flavour. Was delicious!!
